There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

What's this I hear about you guys getting the Best Team award by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors for 2009!? Not bad considering that there's like 7,000 Realtors in Utah. "Ever been 8 months pregnant and looking to buy your dream starter home before the baby comes? That is my story. My husband and I all at once realized we did need the extra space and that it was time to purchase another home- this one to start and raise our family in. "That's right - I've bought somewhere around 40 properties from Matt after meeting him a little over 2 yrs ago and the reason is simple - HE'S SIMPLY THE BEST!!! It's nice to know there are people out there like Matt w/ no false pretenses, what you see is what you get, & if he says he'll do it...he will. If you want a R.E. Agent you can count on then call Matt!(if you don't and you're let down by some shmuck...don't say I didn't warn you!) And because everything is practically on sale right now in our market, I plan to buy at least 40 more in the next little while...and yes, thru Matt because he's never tried to "SELL" me anything - instead - he just goes out and finds what I'm looking for!
